About Us
Founded in 2022 PALS was formed to meet the decline of special needs employment. After the closures of COVID-19 very few employers were willing to rehire their special needs labor force. We decided it was time! Our company helps provide capable special needs individuals with employment opportunities. Each deed helps provide employment for 2 individuals. We pride ourselves on being versatile by placing individuals with specific strength to handle deeds in various departments! From dog walkers, to grocery runners, and business marketers...we do it ALL!
